		<description>@Drew Smith, as you know, I&#039;m into Nike&#039;s. They don&#039;t exactly run the range at Zappos for my taste. I did buy a pair of Converse a few years back and had a problem with the size. It was the easiest return process of any online retailer.</description>

Since my problem was solved and I don&#039;t have any memories of unnecessary stress, I&#039;d have to say their model is working..</description>

		<description>@firewall phil, any call center work is tedious and terrible. That&#039;s why a business model like this is so interesting. There may be a lot of stress involved, but there is also autonomy to have your say mean something. You get to solve the problems, no pushing paper up to your supervisors when you have an issue.</description>
